  • This is a food freedom and emotional healing program first, not a traditional weight loss program. The primary focus is helping you stop emotional eating, end the binge/restrict cycle, and feel safe and in control around food. For many women, healing these patterns leads to natural changes in weight, body composition, or bloating — but we don’t promise specific numbers, and we don’t use restriction or shame as tools. You’re welcome whether your goals include weight change, body neutrality, or simply wanting peace around food.

  • No. There are no rigid meal plans, no “good vs bad” food lists, and no calorie-counting requirements in this program. We’ll explore simple, nourishing ways of eating that support your energy, hormones, and nervous system — but they’re flexible and tailored to real life. The deepest work is in how you think, feel, and respond around food, not how perfectly you can follow rules.

  • Most women spend around 2–4 hours per week on the program. This includes watching or listening to modules, attending a live call or replay (for Group Momentum & VIP Freedom), and practising short somatic or mindset tools. You can listen to lessons on walks, in the car, or while doing everyday tasks. The program is built to fit into a busy life, not take it over.

  • All live group calls (and relevant VIP calls) are recorded, and replays are available for you to watch in your own time. You can submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend live, and Tahlia will answer them on the call so you still get support. You’ll also have access to Voxer (for Group Momentum & VIP Freedom), so you can get coaching and feedback between calls, even if time zones or schedules are tricky.

  • In Group Momentum, you’ll be part of a private Voxer community where you can share wins, ask questions, receive guidance, and feel supported by other women on the same journey. Tahlia checks in on weekdays (Tues–Fri) to offer coaching, perspective, and emotional support. In VIP Freedom, you’ll also have direct Voxer access to Tahlia for more personalised, in-the-moment guidance around your triggers, daily choices, and emotional waves — it’s like having a coach in your pocket.

  • Emotional Eating Freedom is designed for women struggling with emotional eating, binge/restrict patterns, and food guilt. It is not a replacement for clinical eating disorder treatment. If you have a diagnosed eating disorder (like anorexia, bulimia, or severe BED), you should also be supported by a qualified therapist, psychologist, or treatment team. You’re welcome to join this program as a complement to professional care if it feels safe and aligned for you.

  • Payment plans are available for each tier:

    • Group Momentum – $3,200 AUD
