It's Not You — It's Your Upper Limit
If you've ever gotten close to something big - the business, the relationship, the body you've worked for, and watched it quietly fall apart right in your hands, I need you to hear this first:
It's not you.
We each have an unconscious ceiling.
It’s a set point for how much success, joy, love, and expansion we allow ourselves to receive and experience in life. Things start going so well, and all of a sudden, something you created brings things back down.
We normally don't sabotage on purpose.
Our nervous system brings us back to what's familiar, and makes us creatures of comfort. Familiar feels safe. So even when "familiar" is struggle, it can feel safer than the unknown of actually having what you want.
I know this ceiling personally
I remember the days when my business was just starting. I would launch a coaching program, and back down.
Or host a retreat, and there would only be two sign-ups, and I'd quit. I derailed myself.
And now? I have so many people book in the last two weeks before a launch. I've sold out retreats of 20 people. Back then, I wasn't lacking ability or drive.
I was stopping myself from receiving.
Your body will tell on you
This is the part almost nobody talks about: your body will find a way of telling you - a crisis, acne, an argument out of nowhere. An illness the week of your launch.
None of that is bad luck.
It's your nervous system doing exactly what it's designed to do — treating the unfamiliar as unsafe, and pulling you back to what it knows, even when what it knows is smaller than what you're capable of.
You are not the problem
You are not lazy.
You are not "bad at manifesting."
You are not sabotaging yourself on purpose.
It's the subconscious ceiling. And ceilings can move — but only once you can actually see the one you've been living under.
This is exactly what we work through inside the Soul Shine Living School — day 21 is where I host a 💥 LIVE 💥 call on why this happens and how to start raising your own set point for receiving.
