How is this different from every other program I've tried?+
Most programs give you strategies on top of the same patterns. This goes to the root — the nervous system dysregulation, the emotional triggers, the identity that keeps recreating the same results. How much time do I need each week?+
Designed for real life — including busy mums. The weekly video training is around 1 hour, and if you want to go deeper, there's a heap of extra resources available to support your weight loss and food freedom journey. The live Q&A call is 45–60 minutes. Add workbook time and check-ins and you're looking at a few hours per week — totally doable when you're committed to yourself.
